Web Page Project
      Students will design and construct a web page based on a topic from the first half of the course.  The web page should include a synopsis of the main points from the notes, several graphics, and a current article related to the topic. 
      Rubric: A - 7-8 points, B - 6 points, C - 4-5 points, D - 3 points, F - 0-2 points
Content 
    3 - adequately covers all main points of the topic and includes recent information  
    2 - covers most of the topic, but is missing a main point or the recent information
    1 - covers only a fraction of the main points ... or poorly covers them all 
    0 - doesn't cover any of the main points 

Appearance 
    3 - nice design layout with use of graphics and color 
    2 - uses text and graphics, with  some color 
    1 - has text only 
    0 - nothing to turn in 

References 
    2 - has more than 3 sources (properly linked if web resources) 
    1 - has 2-3 sources, no links 
    0 - has 0-1 source, no links

Instructions for installing Front Page Express: 
    When clicking the link above, you should have a 'Save As' window opened.  Remember where the file (fpx.exe) was saved.  After it has downloaded, go to that location and double-click on that file.  It will self-extract 26 files.  Remember where those files are extracted.  Go to that location (which should have 3 sub-folders).  Open the folder named 'Bin'.  Then double-click on the file 'Fpxpress.exe' and the program will open.  You might want to create a shortcut on your desktop to make it easier to start the program.
